Welcome to the blog for June 2010

Firstly let me make my apologies for this being late – life has been really hectic from mid May onwards, due to work, allotments and bees.

 Spring Blossom

Due to the amount of time spent trying to keep up with things I have got a bit behind with my goal setting. Over the next few days I am going to make a list of things that I need to do this month and also things I want to do for myself. I feel it is important that you achieve something for yourself each month or else you become driven by work and what needs to be done! The other important thing I will do is to write down everything that needs to be done and sort out the things that can be left for a while.

This week I am flying to France to stay with my dear friend Veronica who is teaching The Fleur International College of Aromatherapy massage course. I am acting as examiner at the end of the course but it will be wonderful to catch up with her and spend time with her and Michael at their wonderful home  and aromatherapy school  in the Limousin area of France

On the 21st June we see the Summer Equinox (longest day) with the New Moon on the 1st June and the full moon on the 15th June

The theme for this month’s articles is abundance. There will be articles on:

  • Seasonal skin care
  • Summer Solstice
  • Recipe for Elderflower champagne

These will be interspersed with my ‘is this it’ articles. I am thinking of moving these to a separate blog as a few people have said they would like to contribute. I’ll let you know if its on the move

The Facebook oil of the month is Basil. You can find it at: https://www.facebook.com/EssentiallyHolistic
