The weather remains cold and wintery outside despite this month having the Spring Equinox on March 20th and Easter being at the very start of April. Bulbs are starting to poke through in the garden and the snowdrops are flowering. We have visited Hopton Hall in Derbyshire this year to see the snowdrops which were magnificent.
The topic for the blog posts this month is Sleep and Relaxation. The blogs will consists of articles about the benefits of sleep and meditation and an article on why our body needs sleep. There will be aromatherapy tips to aid relaxing and ensure a replenishing nights sleep. I will also look at herbal pillows and toys along with instructions on how to make them. I will also put in a recipe towards the end of the month.
How’s the goal setting? Some of mine have got a bit delayed with the weather as the allotment is either too wet or frozen. I still have my fingers crossed for the bees, hoping both hives have survived the winter. The website is now up and running www.essentiallyholistic.co.uk with just a few last tweaks to be made. I need to set myself some more goals for March and review my yearly goals to see how I am progressing.
At the start of the month I will have a planning day for Essentially Holistic when I will review my business plan for the current tax year – picking out the highlights and the lows! (Not too many this year) I will then set my goals and formulate my business plan for the coming year. I then check in regularly with the plan during the year to monitor my progress.
